Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with no minimum spend. Orders ship from international fulfillment partners outside the United States.

- Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from when processing begins.
The cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery and dispatch it within 14 days of authorization. Approved returns go to an international facility outside the United States; the exact address is provided after authorization.
- Change of mind: You pay international return postage; eligible returns receive a full product refund with no restocking fee.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed: Kelmera covers the required return shipping and arranges a replacement or full refund.
