We have made every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately. However, screens vary and lit fixtures photograph differently from unlit ones, so we cannot guarantee that your display shows a colour exactly. Natural materials including travertine, alabaster, marble, wood, rattan, and rice paper vary in grain, veining, and tone from piece to piece.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to refuse any order at our discretion.

Product Suitability & Electrical Safety

Product suitability depends on the selected model, its manufacturer’s instructions and the installation location. Do not assume that every fixture is suitable for commercial use. Check the product’s voltage, power source and installation requirements before purchase. If a required specification is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering.

You are responsible for confirming that a fixture suits your electrical supply, fitting type, and intended location before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes and the manufacturer's instructions. Kelmera accepts no liability for injury, property damage, or loss arising from incorrect installation, unqualified installation, use contrary to the product's stated rating, or installation of an indoor-rated fixture in an outdoor or wet location.

Use a fixture outdoors or in a wet location only when the selected product’s stated rating and manufacturer’s instructions permit that use. IP20 fixtures are for dry indoor locations only. Contact us before ordering if the location rating is unclear.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product information, specifications, and availability accurate and current. Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

If an item you receive does not match its description, it is covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders & Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a correct delivery address.

Payment is taken at the time of order. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery, tracking, and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Third-Party Fulfilment

Products are fulfilled and dispatched through international logistics partners. Our Brooklyn address is a business contact address, not a dispatch warehouse or return facility. Orders are dispatched from international fulfillment facilities outside the United States. Customers send approved returns to an international return facility outside the United States. We provide the exact return address and shipping instructions after return authorization. Do not send returns to our business contact address. Approved returns must be sent to the international address provided by our support team. Request a Return Authorization before shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you pay international return postage. Kelmera covers return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed items.
