Shipping & Returns

Orders ship through international fulfillment partners outside the United States. Our Brooklyn address is for business correspondence, not dispatch or returns. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and coverage.

Approved returns go to an international return facility outside the United States. We provide the exact return address and shipping instructions after your return is authorized. For change-of-mind returns, you pay international return postage. Kelmera covers return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed items.

To request authorization, email hey@kelmera.com with your order number. Do not send returns to our business address. If you have already sent an item without authorization, contact us with your order and tracking details so we can help identify the parcel.
