Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with no minimum spend. Orders ship from international fulfillment partners outside the United States.

Returns

Request a return within 14 days of delivery and dispatch it within 14 days of authorization. Approved returns go to an international facility outside the United States; the exact address is provided after authorization.

• Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed: Kelmera covers the required return shipping and arranges a replacement or full refund.
