Shipping + Returns

Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with no minimum spend. Orders ship from international fulfillment partners outside the United States.
- Handling: 1–3 business days.
- Transit: 6–11 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from when processing begins.
The cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates.
Kelmera covers applicable import duties and customs charges. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout. P.O. Boxes, military addresses and U.S. territories are excluded. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery and dispatch it within 14 days of authorization. Approved returns go to an international facility outside the United States; the exact address is provided after authorization.
- Change of mind: You pay international return postage; eligible returns receive a full product refund with no restocking fee.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed: Kelmera covers the required return shipping and arranges a replacement or full refund.
